Myanmar Maritime Shipping Agency Co., Ltd, was established in 2011 and it was legally registered in the Seaman Employment Control Division (S.E.C.D) now call as Seaman Division (S.D), Department of Marine Administration (D.M.A), Ministry of Transportation. MMSA Co., was registered in Investment and Company Administration, Ministry of National Planning and Economic Development as well.
Myanmar Maritime Shipping Agency Co., Ltd was built as an independent crew management company servicing to foreign shipping company. Our company is offering the highest level of crew manning services, safety, pollution prevention and ship board maintenance at competitive, cost-effective rate which are performed by our highest professional skills.
We have many years of ship crew manning experiences on various types of vessels for ship owners and managers.
Manning Agreement was signed with Chellaram Shipping Pvt.,Ltd
(Hong Kong) and Fleet Ship Management (Hong Kong).
- 02/APR/2013 - Manning Mutual Agreement was signed with Chellaram Shipping Pvt.,Ltd (Hong Kong) as MLC requirement.
- 010 /SEP/2013 - Obtained seafarer Recruitment and Placement Services Provisional License issued by DMA, Yangon, Myanmar under the name of Myanmar Maritime Shipping Agency Co., Ltd.
- 18/SEP/2013 - Manning Mutual Agreement was signed with Ocean Sentinels Ship Management Pte., Ltd.
History of MMSA
- 31/MAY/2011 - Incorporated initiated by Win Htay and Myat Ko Ko under the name of Myanmar Maritime Shipping Agency Co.,Ltd.
- 06/JUL/2011 - General Agreement for recruiting Myanmar Seafarers was signed with SECD, Yangon.
Crew Selection
Our all Officers, Engineers and Rating are selected and appointed under the S.T.C.W-95 and depend on their certificates, working experiences, responsibility, reliability, hard working, honesty, skilful English, good services records, adaptation and co-operation with all other foreign crew, especially with China, India, Indonesia, Korea crew.
Training
Myanmar Maritime Shipping is fully recognized as the imperative need for additional training to ensure assignment of qualified manpower onboard the diverse fleet under managements. Also provide online training , CES test , Marlin Test, etc.
